Greek’s Pizzeria uses only the best ingredients. Each location uses the same pizza recipe created by our founder Athanasios "Chris" Karamesines over 40 years ago. We hand toss our Neapolitan crust from dough made fresh daily. Our dough is made using special waters at precise temperatures, and the dough is proofed at temperature and allowed to rise properly to produce delicious Greek's Pizzeria crust and Garlic Butter Breadsticks you love. We use only use Real Milk Cheeses in our custom blend instead of the less expensive skim milk products. Kids love our plain cheese pizza.
